This Privacy Policy describes how SavicNode ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the HiredTrade platform. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly:
- Account registration data: name, email address, phone number, business name, business address
- Profile and onboarding data: service categories, pricing, operating hours, booking page settings
- Customer data you enter: names, email addresses, phone numbers, service history, notes
- Payment and billing information (processed via Stripe — see Section 4)
- Communications: messages or support requests you send to us
Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, time spent on the platform
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs
- Log data: server logs generated by your use of the service
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the HiredTrade platform
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional communications (booking confirmations, invoices, reminders)
- Send you product updates, feature announcements, and promotional offers (with your consent)
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)
All payment transactions on HiredTrade are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe using TLS encryption.
Stripe may collect additional information as part of payment processing, including billing address, transaction amounts, and device fingerprinting for fraud prevention. Stripe's use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We receive limited transaction data from Stripe (e.g., last 4 digits of card, billing country, transaction status) to display in your dashboard and for customer support purposes.
5. Email Communications (SendGrid)
We use Twilio SendGrid to send emails on our behalf, including account verification, booking confirmations, invoices, automated reminders, and platform notifications.
SendGrid may process your email address and email engagement data (opens, clicks) to deliver messages and to help us improve deliverability. SendGrid's practices are governed by the Twilio Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.
6. SMS Communications (Twilio)
We use Twilio to send SMS messages, including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service notifications.
By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS, you agree that Twilio may process your phone number to deliver messages. Twilio's use of your data is governed by the Twilio Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.
7. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with trusted third parties (Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Firebase/Google) who assist in operating the platform under confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your data may be transferred to the new entity
- With your consent: in any other circumstances where you have given explicit consent
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. The types of cookies we use include:
- Essential cookies: required for the platform to function (authentication sessions, security tokens)

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account termination, we retain data for up to 30 days to allow for export, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Certain data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes) or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Access controls and authentication requirements for our team
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring

11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data

- Objection / Restriction: object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing
- CCPA rights (California residents): right to know, delete, opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination

12. Children's Privacy
HiredTrade is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. 13. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers are located. When we transfer data from the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with GDPR requirements.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. The "effective date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
